Play Based Bronx was formed out of a desire to create a quality, vibrant, supportive, accepting, and child-centered learning environment in the South Bronx. Juzenia the founder of Play Based Bronx realized there is not much quality child care in the community. As a NYS certified teacher and a graduate from Bank Street, Juzenia decided to pursue her dream of opening a daycare that focuses on the importance of Play!
